April is off to a great start so far. The kids are off for spring break and absolutely ecstatic to stay with mom! Which, honestly, is a nice change. I’ll get to have them overnight for the whole weekend, and I’ll have a workday (Saturday) with hopefully just myself, so I can get things done faster when I’m not changing diapers and warming up milk and telling the other three to get out of the way of vehicles.
I’m going to give this calendar a try this month. I swapped the days around some and made it more cycle-friendly. Also, happy actual new year! Because the new year is when spring starts, not in the dead of winter, it’s not natural; the enemy has no flow. Also, a hominid rabbit laying colorful eggs sounds like a mythological creature and false idol… do with that thought what you want, but I’m not setting up anything of the sort in or around my house. The kids have some treats… but this time of year is about what Jesus did for us, because of us, and continues to do to this day. Bearing the load of our sins so we can obtain salvation. No matter how many times we fall, as long as we keep getting up, we have a chance to be redeemed in the final phase of existence.
All that matters right now is that we all start getting right with Him, do the shadow work to heal, get close to Him, and hunker down…
I am so behind on getting daily readings recorded that I’m just going to start new. There is a whole year to read what I didn’t get to in this Gregorian calendar year yet.
